Julia Brownstein is an associate at Katzke & Morgenbesser LLP, specializing in executive compensation and employee benefits arrangements. She advises senior executives, boards of directors, and public and private companies on a wide range of compensation matters, including employment agreements, equity-based incentives, deferred compensation, retention, change-in-control and severance arrangements.

Before joining Katzke & Morgenbesser, Julia was an associate in the Executive Compensation and Employee Benefits Group at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP. Prior to law school, she taught elementary school special education in New Orleans through Teach for America.
