Caitlin is a senior associate of Katzke & Morgenbesser LLP. Caitlin focuses her practice on senior management representations in corporate transactions and individual executive contract negotiations.

Caitlin has represented companies, executives, private equity sponsors and financial institutions on dozens of corporate transactions, and counseled private-equity sponsored companies on ordinary course executive compensation issues and executive and director transitions. Caitlin also has extensive experience with the golden parachute tax rules and excise tax mitigation strategies.

Before joining Katzke & Morgenbesser, Caitlin was an associate in the Executive Compensation and Employee Benefits Group at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP.
