Katzke & Morgenbesser Changes Name to Reflect Elevation of Joshua Miller

NEW YORK, NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)- June 2, 2025 - Katzke & Morgenbesser LLP, the New York-based executive compensation boutique, is proud to announce the elevation of Joshua M. Miller to named partner alongside founders Michael S. Katzke and Henry I. Morgenbesser, effective June 2, 2025. The law firm’s new name will be Katzke Miller & Morgenbesser LLP.

Miller’s elevation is not the only notable personnel news for the firm. In April, Jake Phillips was promoted to counsel, joining Caitlin Fitzgerald in that role. The firm also added Julia Brownstein as an associate in April. Each of these colleagues bring years of experience in executive compensation from their practices at major law firms.
